Just a stone's throw from Mériadeck, a 1960s building complex listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Hôtel Marty's colorful pop universe is helping to rejuvenate the district.

Between living space and art gallery

It's the new address everyone's talking about! In the Mériadeck district, just a 10-minute walk from the Cathédrale Saint-André, the Marty has established itself as an avant-garde hotel. As soon as you enter, you're struck by the lobby, which opens onto a huge bar illuminated by several baroque chandeliers. Bright colors are everywhere, blending with wood decors and industrial and concrete elements.

Aesthete and curator Céline Meslin has an innate sense of beauty. President of Younight Hospitality, which manages the establishment, she was in charge of the decor, assisted by Nell Caritey-Hergué of the L'Artillerie agency, which specializes in promoting artists. I'm not an interior designer," she smiles, "but I made it my own. The result is stunning, worthy of the best art galleries.

It's here, in a quiet location, that the Marty Hôtel - Arty preceded by the M in Mériadeck - a 4-star hotel bearing the Tapestry Collection by Hilton label, opened its doors last April. Its originality? In a resolutely pepsi and vintage decor, gallery owner Nell Caritey Hergué displays some sixty works of art...

Acquired by the duo VICARTEM / Extendam and managed by the hotel management company Younight Hospitality, the hotel, designed for and by the younger generation, is an inspiring and creative place to live with 61 rooms.
